1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Alpha AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Alpha AI is an AI assistant application that provides access to various large language models (LLMs) including, but not limited to, models offered by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. The App serves as an interface for communicating with these AI providers and does not itself generate AI responses.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

We take your privacy seriously. By using Alpha AI, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Personal Data Storage: Alpha AI does not collect, store, or retain any personal information about you on our servers.
• Message Transmission: Messages you send to an AI assistant are forwarded directly to the relevant AI model provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for the sole purpose of generating a response. This is the only data transmission that occurs.
• No Data Sharing or Selling: We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any third party beyond routing your message to your chosen AI provider.
• Local Storage: Your conversation history and preferences are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers without your explicit action.
• Third-Party AI Providers: Your messages are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective AI providers. Alpha AI is not responsible for how those providers handle your data once received.

4. Acceptable Use

Alpha AI provides access to powerful AI tools. You agree to use these tools responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and the acceptable use policies of underlying AI providers. Specifically, you agree not to use Alpha AI to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, hateful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Engage in automated scraping, abuse of the API gateway, or any form of denial-of-service activity.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, subscription checks, or access controls.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

5. Subscription & Payments

Alpha AI may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments, billing, and refunds are governed by the respective platform's terms. We do not directly handle or store payment information.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI responses generated through Alpha AI are produced by third-party AI models and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Alpha AI is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated output.

7. Intellectual Property

The Alpha AI app, its design, branding, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Alpha AI and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
