At Alpha AI, your privacy is not an afterthought — it is a core design principle. We are committed to full transparency about what data we do and do not handle. In short: we do not collect, store, or share your personal information.

2. No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or retain any personally identifiable information (PII) about you. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your name, email address, or phone number.
• Your device identifiers, IP address logs, or location data.
• Browsing behavior, usage patterns, or analytics profiles.
• Account credentials or biometric data of any kind.

We do not build user profiles, track you across sessions, or sell advertising based on your activity.

3. How Your Messages Are Handled

When you send a message to an AI assistant within Alpha AI, that message is transmitted directly to the respective AI model provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or others) solely for the purpose of generating a response. This is the only data that leaves your device in relation to your conversations.

• We do not store your messages on our servers.
• We do not log or record your conversation history.
• We do not read, analyze, or process your messages beyond routing them to the selected AI provider.
• Messages are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Please refer to the privacy policy of the specific AI provider you are using (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to understand how they process messages on their end. Alpha AI has no control over how third-party AI providers handle data after it is received by them.

4. No Data Sharing or Selling

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party for commercial, marketing, or analytical purposes. The only data transmission that occurs is your message being forwarded to the AI model provider you have selected — and solely to fulfill your request.

• No data brokers, advertisers, or analytics platforms receive your information.
• No government or law enforcement data sharing occurs unless legally compelled (and since we store nothing, there is nothing to share).
• No aggregated or anonymized datasets are built from your usage.

5. Local Storage & App Data

Your conversation history and app preferences (such as selected AI model, theme, and personality settings) are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or back it up through a feature(Not available yet) provided by the app.

• Conversation history is managed entirely on-device.

6. Children's Privacy

Alpha AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used our service, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
